Swap Internal SD To External 
Only for Rooted Users

As every one knows swap sd in latest touchwiz is not so easy even if u override the system and swap ur sd using some script or something than also your phone will not function properly or handle that memory properly .. so here is the solution..


If you cant swap ur full memory than just redirect your folder location to EXT SD. Here are some tips for that..
first download these apk's

Install all three apk's
Also Download And Activate Xposed Bridge Download (Ignore if u already have) for more info on xposed go here

Now you are free to use any camera AOSP or any Other app freely you don't have to worry about memory management because all your picture and videos will go to external memory automatically .
even your music notification ringtones and all will automatically redirected to your external memory .. enjoy
